Remove your photo
Enter your e-mail address and first name below then click Submit. A request will be sent to the Crohn’s & Me team to remove your photo. In order to locate the appropriate photo, your e-mail address and name must match exactly what you submitted the first time. Your photo will be removed automatically. You can only request to remove photos that you submitted.
