Gideon’s Plan: Stamp Out IBD
BREAKING NEWS: A bill to pass Gideon's IBD stamp has been introduced to Congress! Stay tuned for more updates…
Every postage stamp tells its own story, and its message is shared with millions of people every day. While some stamps commemorate historical people or events, others can spread awareness for important causes—like the breast cancer stamp, which has raised more than $40 million for breast cancer research.
Gideon Sofer, a 23-year-old Crohn’s patient and stamp collector, hopes that one day there will be an IBD stamp. He wants to make sure people know about the disease that affects millions of people, and he hopes research will eventually lead to a cure.
Join Gideon as he continues his push to a stamp to support IBD. It’s important for the Crohn’s community to demonstrate how important a stamp like this could be. Upload your picture as a show of support to Stamp Out IBD!
